Nov. 29th, 2011, Sanhua company private placement 1 billion for the construction of Xinchang Meizhu industrial park. In Nov. 2011, Sanhua Meizhu industrial park’s main construction completed and come into use.
April 2010, Sanhua (Hangzhou) R&D Center put into operation, it included RD, lab and new products manufacture three buildings. Over 180 researchers joined, including more than 10 global experts.
Nov. 6th, 2008, Sanhua was honored with “National Quality Award”.
March 8th, 2007, Sanhua Danfoss joint venture company held opening ceremony. October 23rd, 2008, Sanhua Danfoss started operation.
Sept. 13th, 2007, Sanhua signed contract with Invensys Group, and acquired Ranco company’s global four-way valve business, since this event Sanhua become the leadership in this industry. This takeover is regarded as the classic example for Chinese and foreign companies’ merger and acquisition.
June 7th, 2005, Sanhua stock was formally listed on the stock market. At the end of 2010, Sanhua refinanced one billion for new project construction.
Oct. 19th, 2004, it was Sanhua Group’s 20 year anniversary. CCTV “The Same Song” Concert undertaken by Sanhua was grandly held.
October 2003, “Sanhua Holding Group” was established.
Oct. 17th, 2002, Sanhua (Hangzhou) industrial park started construction.
Dec.12th, 2001, Zhejiang Sanhua Company held the first stockholders' meeting. Sanhua started to march in capital market.
Dec. 22nd, 1999, Mr. Zhang Daocai and his family climbed to the Tianmu mountain, he put forward the strategic thought of “diverse business, global market, professional production”.
Oct. 1994, Sanhua ‘s 10 years anniversary, Zhejiang Sanhua Group was officially founded.
On August 2nd, 1994, the joint venture company Sanhua Buer Machinery Company held signing ceremony in Shanghai, which declared Sanhua started export-oriented development.
In June 1989, Mr. Zhang Daocai visited Danfoss in Denmark, after which he decided to mass produce two-position three-way solenoid valves and sell into international market.
In 1987, Sanhua cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University, developed the two-position three-way solenoid valve, and passed tests from Haier Refrigerator plant and Science Committee of Zhengjiang province. This product broke the foreign monopoly and sped up the refrigeration localization in China. What a great glory!
In August 1984, Mr. Zhang Daocai was appointed as “Xinchang Refrigeration Components Plant” Manager. Next year in Feb., factory’s name changed into “Zhejiang Xinchang Refrigeration Components Central Plant”.
In Oct. 1979, Mr. Zhang Daocai was hired as supply and marketing director in this agricultural machinery plant, later its name was changed to “Xinchang Refrigeration Components Plant” . In Jan, 1982, Mr. Zhang Daocai was appointed as vice factory manager, responsible for management work.
At the beginning of 1990s, Mr. Zhang Daocai led research staff working finally developed the four-way reversing valve. This product filled up the blank market in domestic impulse magnetic exchange valve, and reached the advanced level of similar products around the world. It is Sanhua’s second generation main product, which gained over a hundred million profit.
Sanhua’s history can be back to the “Xinchang agricultural machinery repairing plant” founded in September 1967.
